About the role

  • Manage Velera’s sales compensation programs
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly incentive payouts in alignment with business strategy
  • Design incentive structures that drive performance and support organizational goals
  • Coordinate, develop, and maintain sales incentive plans
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate plan effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of sales compensation practices
  • Support annual compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and equity planning

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of direct compensation experience
  • At least three years in sales compensation administration
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Familiarity with MarketPay is a plus
  • Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs required
  • Proven ability to consult and collaborate with HR partners, managers, and senior leaders on compensation matters
