About the role
- Manage Velera’s sales compensation programs
- Oversee monthly and quarterly incentive payouts in alignment with business strategy
- Design incentive structures that drive performance and support organizational goals
- Coordinate, develop, and maintain sales incentive plans
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate plan effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of sales compensation practices
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and equity planning
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of direct compensation experience
- At least three years in sales compensation administration
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Familiarity with MarketPay is a plus
- Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs required
- Proven ability to consult and collaborate with HR partners, managers, and senior leaders on compensation matters
