About the role
- Drive overall client satisfaction by providing business & program management leadership for the GEHC Client structured partnership
- Manage the success of the relationship, overseeing implementation, management, and optimization of the GEHC patient monitoring system
- Serve as single point of contact for execution of contractual deliverables across equipment, digital solutions & service
- Maintain customer satisfaction while driving revenue, profitability, and clinical outcomes over the lifecycle of the partnership
- Establish program governance, critical implementation and operational processes, and templates to manage and monitor project deliverables
- Implement processes and formal reporting arrangements to track project outcomes (KPI metrics, project and operational risk, cost and program reports, variation process/control)
- Coordinate with IT and clinical teams to integrate GEHC solutions with existing systems (e.g., EHR, Central Monitoring Units)
- Establish internal and external operational mechanisms to manage long-term project liabilities and profitability
- Organize and support program/technical/operational reviews with customer and generate regular program updates for internal management
- Act as primary customer interface for Partnership agreement and build long-term strategic alliances
- Function as customer advocate internally and maintain cognizance of all program issues
- Work closely with other GEHC businesses and account management teams to ensure clear communication
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinicians and staff
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and address resistance
- Identify patient monitoring workflow opportunities and build consultative programs
- Support Project teams in identifying and reviewing contractual Terms and Conditions and operational risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of enterprise program management experience
- Experience in Healthcare or Public and Private Partnership Projects and Operational or Service leadership roles
- Solid healthcare IT acumen & strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of healthcare service lines, P&L centers, balance sheets, capital & operational planning in a Healthcare setting
- Proven project and portfolio management skills
- Experience in successfully delivering Public and Private Partnership / Managed Equipment Service projects operationally
- Experienced in communication with all levels of internal and external customer organizations, including upper management
- Experience leading cross-functional and customer / supplier teams
- Proven record in developing strong customer relationships, with excellent networking, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with managing resources, conflict resolution, problem solving, and understanding of budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience anticipating challenges or roadblocks and mitigating risks
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, LEAN); PMP certification is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to travel 30% nationally
- Experience with clinical workflows and technology related to patient monitoring and remote monitoring space
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
