About the role

  • Accountable to achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the Region (orders, sales, contribution margin, base costs, operating margin and cash)
  • Set Operating Plan targets for team members and provide business overviews to leadership
  • Understand and advise on the dynamic PET Amyloid marketplace and support customers in amyloid PET imaging
  • Analyze market dynamics and competition to develop regional business opportunities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams to prioritize coverage in the geography
  • Identify and prioritize call points (imaging centers, referring physicians, pharmacy partners) and drive referring physician education
  • Collaborate with pharmacy partners to support delivery of Vizamyl and create high-quality customer experiences
  • Manage relationships with key customers/accounts requiring executive-level communication
  • Lead strategy, participate in, and help close large or strategically critical opportunities
  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Represent GEHC PET Amyloid product Vizamyl at key conferences
  • Drive collaboration across GEHC counterparts and sales teams to support growth across the portfolio
  • Attract, retain, educate and develop commercial talent; manage performance, coaching, feedback, and employee engagement
  • Coach and drive sales team utilization of GEHC CRM Salesforce and ensure use of required sales systems
  • Communicate and execute Variable Sales Incentive plans and ensure pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
  • 2+ years prior sales management experience (direct and/or indirect) in a matrix organization
  • Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally and building teams
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, account planning, funnel management, analytical, data-driven and forecasting skillsets
  • Willingness to travel 20-50% for customer meetings, conferences, and team development
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects and established project management skills
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales systems for pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Molecular imaging and healthcare experience, specialty in neurology (desired)
  • Ability to legally work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
  • Successful completion of a drug screen (condition of employment)
