Set up and maintain remote connectivity for GEHC Imaging and Ultrasound systems at customer sites.
Ensure InSite™ broadband technology and its digital tools are enabled to maximize Imaging modality uptime, drive operational efficiency, and deliver a quality customer experience.
Provide technical troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers.
Configure and maintain GEHC VPN routers.
Configure and troubleshoot IPsec, IKE/ISAKMP VPN tunnels.
Configure Route Based VPN tunnels.
Configure IKEv2 policy-based VPN tunnels.
Troubleshoot TLS connections.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers during the troubleshooting process.
Properly document troubleshooting steps and communications in the connectivity database.
Manage multiple simultaneous tasks/projects and prioritize to meet targets.
Perform small to large-scale VPN maintenance, including migrations and consolidations, in partnership with internal and external customers.
Support the Connectivity team on other connectivity and special projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience working with Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Security or a related field.
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Attention to detail, and effective decision-making capabilities
Excellent customer service skills, and ability to work with customers with various technical skill sets
Experience with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
CCNA, CCNP or CCIE Certification
Palo Alto Networks Certification or experience
Ability to work in a seasoned and established team
Experience with remote connectivity, route-based VPN, cybersecurity concepts, and web filtering
