Business Development Rep

• Senior role reporting to the Sales Director responsible for securing large-scale new business across GBG's product portfolio.
• Generate leads and opportunities within targeted territories and customer segments.
• Qualify and follow up on new business sales opportunities following agreed sales process and methodology.
• Engage with customers at strategic and operational levels; lead presentations and negotiations.
• Oversee subject matter experts' engagement to demonstrate GBG product value and business benefits.
• Produce proposals including pricing and commercial structure; organise customer reference visits.

• Devise and implement strategy for meeting personal sales performance targets; attend industry events and identify USPs using market and competitor knowledge.

• Lead the Global Product Planning function to drive GBG's growth and market prioritisation
• Develop and execute market planning strategies for three regions
• Facilitate cross-functional execution of go-to-market strategies with finance, product development, editorial, marketing, sales

• Own pre- and post-launch processes, ensuring readiness to sell, service and support product propositions

Global Head of Product Planning

Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Technical Support (Americas) Manager of Service Management and working with Senior Service Managers
• Deliver Service Management across supported products including Incident, Change, Problem, Event management
• Work closely with wider Technology and Operations to support Product roadmap delivery and operations from a Service perspective
• Support delivery of wider Global Service and Operations roadmap items and team improvement plans
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Customer
• Manage suppliers effectively on all Service Management aspects to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain metrics and insights to track performance, analyse trends, recurring issues and SLA achievement and uptime data
• Support the transition of products in and out of service
• Track and respond to trends or changes in SLAs, Changes, Incidents, and service to customers or from suppliers

• Build lasting customer relationships by staying engaged post-implementation, monitoring success, and helping customers get the most value from the platform.
• Create customer-specific documentation and run training sessions to ensure development teams can maintain integrations.
• Act as a strategic technical advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and consulting on compliance, security, and scalability challenges.
