- Role: Senior Professional Services Consultant acting as technical liaison between GBG's identity verification platform and enterprise clients, leading deployments and advising customers.
- Lead technical implementations from kick-off to go-live, designing custom API/SDK integrations that fit each customer's unique architecture.
- Build lasting customer relationships by staying engaged post-implementation, monitoring success, and helping customers get the most value from the platform.
- Create customer-specific documentation and run training sessions to ensure development teams can maintain integrations.
- Act as a strategic technical advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and consulting on compliance, security, and scalability challenges.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, working with product teams to address gaps and influence the roadmap.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across web services, mobile apps, and enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles like Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Strong programming background with experience in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
- API and SDK integration expertise with hands-on experience building and troubleshooting REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations
- Exceptional communication skills – you can explain complex technical concepts to both developers and business stakeholders
- Documentation and training experience creating technical guides and delivering enablement sessions
- Project management capabilities with experience juggling multiple customer implementations simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, or telecommunications
- Identity verification or fintech background with an understanding of KYC/AML compliance requirements
- Global team collaboration experience working across time zones
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise security best practices
