Customer Success Manager

• **What you will do**
• - Own base revenue retention across your assigned portfolio, proactively managing renewals and long‑term account health
• - Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive levels
• - Measure and monitor customer health, usage, and risk signals; create and execute success or recovery plans as needed
• - Lead high‑impact customer engagements, including executive business reviews, account planning, and renewal discussions

• - Partner closely with Support and Product teams to resolve issues, surface trends, and influence roadmap priorities
• - Operate cross‑functionally to advocate for customers and drive alignment across GBG
• - Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience
• - Leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance engagement and value delivery
• Note: Strategic CSMs will spend more time in executive‑level engagement, complex escalations, and high‑volume operational oversight, while Enterprise CSMs will focus on portfolio‑level impact, scalability, and growth across a broader customer set.

Marketing

• Own account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted marketing to both new business prospects and existing customers through events and more diversified channels
• Deliver longer-term market penetration and momentum, working on initiatives that may show impact over multiple quarters
• Support the GTM team on global expansion opportunities, including cross-sell campaigns and coordinating expansion across regions
• Responsible for both first-party and third-party event marketing and increasing ROI from events
• Manage a team of field marketers, ABM specialists, and external contractors to deliver campaign performance
• Measure the performance of the field marketing efforts, including pipeline and revenue impact

VP, Field Marketing – 12 Month Contract

Marketing Operations

• Own and administer the marketing technology stack, with primary ownership of marketing automation (HubSpot) and strong working knowledge of integrated GTM systems (Salesforce, 6sense, Cognism, SeamlessAI, analytics platforms).
• Partner with the GTM Systems Engineer and RevOps to ensure reliable data flows, integrations, and lifecycle alignment across systems—without owning core Salesforce architecture.
• Establish and enforce marketing-owned governance, including campaign structures, naming conventions, field usage, and data hygiene standards.
• Serve as the day-to-day system owner for marketers, ensuring tools are usable, reliable, and aligned to how marketing executes.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing logic, suppression rules, and audience segmentation.
• Own email execution best practices, including template structure, HTML/CSS (preferred), personalization, accessibility, deliverability considerations, and QA standards.
• Build and maintain forms, landing pages, and progressive profiling logic that balance conversion performance with data quality.
• Monitor automation health, troubleshoot sync and logic issues, and proactively identify risks to data integrity or lifecycle accuracy.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards that surface campaign performance, funnel conversion, lifecycle progression, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure attribution, UTMs, and tracking frameworks are consistently applied and well-documented across channels.
• Translate performance data into clear insights for marketers, highlighting trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Define and continuously improve end-to-end marketing processes that support accuracy, consistency, and scale.
• Identify process gaps, gather requirements, and maintain clear documentation for workflows, automation logic, and operating procedures.

Marketing Operations Manager

Accountant

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for Mexico and USA to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations
• Manage day-to-day operations of sales compensation (commissions) plan, including commission calculations and data accuracy.
• Administer sales commission and incentive compensation plans to ensure timely payouts.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in compensation structures.

• - Be responsible for growing and supporting the revenue GBG generates from our Global Fraud and Identity Data product portfolio across all customers and prospects in US
• - Act as an internal and external expert in Global Fraud and Identity Data, including industry issues/trends, competitors and GBG solutions, supporting our internal teams to help customers solve their challenges related to Fraud and Identity
• - Support sales management to ensure revenue opportunities are identified, qualified and delivered – being a driving force that stimulates activity and delivers results
