VP, Global Strategic Accounts – Finance

Customer Support

• Provide excellent customer service by logging, investigating, and resolving queries across our product suite in Fraud system via email, phone, and chat.
• Participate in a global support team operating on a rotational schedule across APAC and EMEA time zones.
• Participate in on-call support duties during evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as part of a structured rotation outside standard office hours.
• Queries will include result and data queries, more complex troubleshooting/user knowledge, implementation support and bug escalation.
• Be a subject matter expert, a focal point for questions related to the use of our products.
• Follow internal procedures, including escalation procedures to Product / Technology team as appropriate.

Customer Support Specialist – Global Fraud Solutions

Analyst

• Deliver service analysis, support and management across supported products including Incident, Change, Problem, Event management.
• Work closely with wider Technology and Operations to support product roadmap delivery and operations from a service perspective.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Customer.
• Manage suppliers effectively working to ensure an excellent service for our customer.
• Maintain metrics and insights to track performance, analyse trends, recurring issues and SLA achievement and uptime data of GBG Products and its suppliers to drive improvements.

Service Analyst

QA Engineer

• Work under the guidance of the QA Manager and Software Engineering Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality software by designing and executing effective testing strategies.
• Operate as part of an Agile development squad consisting of cross-functional members.
• Actively participate in squad-based Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, Architects, and UI/UX Designers.
• Create and review test acceptance criteria for all tasks during sprint planning and grooming.
• Undertake manual testing activities, document test results and create clear and understandable defect reports (using Jira, Xray etc.).
• Create and execute automated test scripts and contribute to the maintenance of automated test suites.

• Lead Engineering squads and take responsibility for development, delivery and maintenance of Global Fraud Solutions products
