Director of Solutions Engineering

Data Scientist

• Act as a trusted advisor on US privacy and AI laws, providing timely, pragmatic guidance to internal teams and engaging directly with customers to negotiate and explain data protection positions.
• Lead and deliver privacy and AI compliance initiatives end-to-end, including assessments, data flow analysis, risk identification, and tracking actions through to completion.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to embed Privacy and AI by Design into data use, products, and services, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

Customer Success Manager

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for fraud and AML detection, supporting both batch and real-time transaction scoring scenarios.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines covering model training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows using modern tooling (e.g. MLflow, Tecton, or equivalent feature stores).
• Collaborate with data engineers to design feature engineering pipelines and maintain the Predator feature dictionary and sync mechanisms.
• Optimise model performance to meet strict latency and TPS targets required for real-time fraud decisioning.
• Conduct model validation, A/B testing, permutation importance analysis, and champion/challenger evaluations to ensure model quality.
• Work with the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) to align ML platform choices with the overall modernization architecture.
• Stay current with advances in fraud detection ML — including graph-based models, anomaly detection, and generative AI applications — and propose relevant adoptions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across squads.

• **What you will do**
• - Own base revenue retention across your assigned portfolio, proactively managing renewals and long‑term account health
• - Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across operational, technical, and executive levels
• - Measure and monitor customer health, usage, and risk signals; create and execute success or recovery plans as needed
• - Lead high‑impact customer engagements, including executive business reviews, account planning, and renewal discussions

• Own account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted marketing to both new business prospects and existing customers through events and more diversified channels
• Deliver longer-term market penetration and momentum, working on initiatives that may show impact over multiple quarters
• Support the GTM team on global expansion opportunities, including cross-sell campaigns and coordinating expansion across regions
• Responsible for both first-party and third-party event marketing and increasing ROI from events

Marketing Operations

• Own and administer the marketing technology stack, with primary ownership of marketing automation (HubSpot) and strong working knowledge of integrated GTM systems (Salesforce, 6sense, Cognism, SeamlessAI, analytics platforms).
• Partner with the GTM Systems Engineer and RevOps to ensure reliable data flows, integrations, and lifecycle alignment across systems—without owning core Salesforce architecture.
• Establish and enforce marketing-owned governance, including campaign structures, naming conventions, field usage, and data hygiene standards.
• Serve as the day-to-day system owner for marketers, ensuring tools are usable, reliable, and aligned to how marketing executes.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, including lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing logic, suppression rules, and audience segmentation.
• Own email execution best practices, including template structure, HTML/CSS (preferred), personalization, accessibility, deliverability considerations, and QA standards.
• Build and maintain forms, landing pages, and progressive profiling logic that balance conversion performance with data quality.
• Monitor automation health, troubleshoot sync and logic issues, and proactively identify risks to data integrity or lifecycle accuracy.
