About the role

  • Manage and enhance Gartner’s C-level executive communities, executing community best practices
  • Recruit, engage, retain and foster strong relationships with C-level executive members
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interaction, knowledge sharing and member participation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, sponsors) to design and execute high-impact community programs
  • Own client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual events; communicate with C-level members and sponsors
  • Travel approximately 4 times per year to host in-person programs and perform public speaking/MC duties
  • Serve as primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support
  • Use data analytics to track engagement, program success, and member satisfaction and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives
  • Foster strong relationships with community member executives and ensure their active participation
  • Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs
  • Responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors
  • Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year; serve as host or MC; some public speaking in front of a live audience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support
  • Partner with content to design high-impact programs aligned to C-level community interests
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition
  • Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction; leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred if possible
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required
  • Business-to-business experience is highly preferred
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business
