Engages health care professionals through virtual interactions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s)’ selling potential, and meet program objectives
Develops and maintains relationships with HCPs; educates on product features, benefits, safety profiles, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use
Utilizes approved tools for product and program promotion; maintains knowledge of product, program, and customer activity while adhering to compliance and ethical standards
Manages daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
Profiles and manages targeted lists of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume
Creates and implements business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals
Maintains call productivity and metrics required by the program
Communicates with customers, team members, client partners, and Amplity project support teams
Maintains a positive impression with the company and its customers
Prepares reports for management as needed
Fully comply with all laws, regulations, and Amplity and company health policies, privacy and data guidelines
Participates in teleconferences, virtual meetings, and live national/regional/district trainings and conventions as applicable
Travel as needed for in-person meetings and conventions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
B2B, field pharmaceutical sales, remote sales, or medical sales experience desired
Technical aptitude to navigate meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and other remote engagement software
May be required to attend in-person meetings with HCP offices (15%-20%) based on business needs and client requests
Willingness to work in all time zones if needed
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner
Strong focus on supporting customer needs
Effective rapport-building skills and active listening skills
Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills
