About the role
- Ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment
- Onboard clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate product engagement
- Build, develop and manage relationships with clients from C-level to junior professionals
- Introduce Gartner services and communicate value to decision makers
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend program of action to drive ROI
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize delivered value
- Conduct regular reviews of client book of business focusing on performance and engagement metrics
- Support clients in making the right business decisions by surfacing priorities and breaking down challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Proven track record of success and passion for delighting clients
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to have strategic conversations with top-level executives for Gartner Top-25 accounts
- French speaking (role title: "French Speaking")
- Experience onboarding clients, facilitating client calls, and recommending programs of action
- Experience managing relationships with senior C-level and junior client professionals
