About the role

  • Ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by following a Client for Life Philosophy
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals across business functions
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers
  • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action to drive high value and ROI
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value Gartner delivers
  • Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and key engagement metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
