About the role
- Ensure every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment by following a Client for Life Philosophy
- Build, develop and manage relationships with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals across business functions
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend programs of action to drive high value and ROI
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value Gartner delivers
- Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and key engagement metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
