About the role

  • Maintain and evolve Gametime’s compensation philosophy and structure in collaboration with Finance
  • Partner with Finance on compensation modeling and forecasting to support headcount planning and budgeting
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Advise People Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions
  • Manage and administer equity programs (e.g., RSUs, stock options); collaborate with Finance and Legal on reporting and modeling
  • Design, manage, and evolve employee benefits programs, including self-funded medical plans, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness initiatives
  • Monitor claims data, cost trends, and plan performance; lead annual plan design and renewal processes
  • Build and support open-enrollment processes in ADP; manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, and vendors
  • Serve as strategic liaison between Finance and People teams on headcount planning, total rewards spend, and workforce ROI
  • Ensure total rewards compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and optimize HR systems for tracking and reporting
  • Communicate and educate employees on rewards programs; create resources and campaigns to support awareness and utilization
  • Use generative AI and automation to design, analyze, and communicate Total Rewards programs with governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, including equity program administration
  • CCP, CEBS, and/or CEP preferred
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Shareworks)
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity structures, and benefits compliance
  • Experience designing and managing self-funded medical plans, HSA and FSA programs
  • Experience working in high-growth, remote-first environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Analytical, data-informed mindset; ability to partner with Finance on modeling and forecasting
  • Familiarity or proactive use of generative AI and automation for Total Rewards work
