• Build and ship production features in React (legacy SPA) with TypeScript.
• Contribute to our Astro-based static and mixed-rendering architecture.
• Implement performance optimizations that improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
• Apply technical SEO best practices within features (rendering behavior, metadata, structured data, crawl-safe patterns).
• Work within SSR, SSG, and hydration constraints — understanding tradeoffs and execution details.

• Own and evolve core consumer journeys across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and decision-making.
• Deeply understand our customers through qualitative research, quantitative data, and behavioral insights.

Full-stack Engineer

• Define and drive the long-term technical vision and architecture for Gametime's mobile platform across iOS and Android via React Native.
• Explore, evaluate, and champion AI-powered capabilities within the mobile development workflow — including agentic coding tools, on-device intelligence, and AI-driven personalization features.
• Own the end-to-end technical strategy for the mobile app, from architecture patterns and platform infrastructure to performance and release engineering.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning mobile, backend, product, design, and data teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, and mobile-specific best practices across the org.
• Mentor and uplift engineers at all levels through code reviews, architectural guidance, and technical thought leadership.

• Own the end-to-end payments and checkout experience across app and web, optimizing for conversion, reliability, and trust.
• Ensure we offer the right mix of payment methods to meet fan expectations and maximize successful transactions.
• Define and drive the checkout optimization roadmap, identifying friction points and continuously improving performance through experimentation and iteration.
• Select and manage key backend payments infrastructure partners, including orchestration tools, payment service providers (PSPs), and fraud vendors.
• Partner with Risk and Operations to fight fraud effectively, designing systems that apply the right level of friction while protecting conversion and customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of transaction performance, authorization rates, fraud trends, and failure modes to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations to ensure our ecommerce platform is scalable, resilient, and optimized for growth.
• Own outcomes across the payments funnel, holding yourself accountable for performance and continuously raising the bar.
