About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own install volume, ROAS, and downstream GMV performance across paid acquisition channels.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging acquisition platforms.
Partner with Data teams to develop audience segmentation and user quality frameworks.
Collaborate with Product teams to improve post-install conversion and activation experiences.
Partner with Creative teams to develop testing strategies and performance hypotheses.
Drive experimentation across audience strategy, bidding approaches, creative concepts, and channel expansion opportunities.
Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives in privacy-constrained environments.
Build reporting frameworks and actionable insights for Growth leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of in-house user acquisition or paid social experience.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets.
Demonstrated ownership of install and downstream business metrics.
Experience with Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
