About the role
- System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, managing configuration, security, workflows, and integrations.
- Process Optimization: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable, efficient processes within the HRIS.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for leaders across the organization.
- System Enhancements: Evaluate, test, and implement new features, modules, and system updates to improve functionality and user experience.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training resources, user guides, and best practices to improve adoption and maximize system usage.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations; establish governance standards and conduct regular audits.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with Workday and third-party vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and enhancement projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms, preferably in high-growth or global environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and collaborative communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Workday administration, including multiple modules (Core HCM, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Performance, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience with HRIS integrations and data governance best practices.
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
