About the role

  • Build and lead all aspects of People function: talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, HR operations, performance management, internal communications, culture
  • Work with executive team to scale Jump from ~100 to 250+ employees
  • Build and scale top-tier talent acquisition strategy and employer brand
  • Implement and optimize HR tech stack (ATS, HRIS, equity management), create scalable processes for onboarding, performance management, leveling, compensation, and compliance
  • Translate values into operating norms; drive internal comms, leadership enablement, team engagement; design org structures
  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

Requirements

  • Scaled Talent Strategy & Execution in High-Growth SaaS - built and led People teams in VC-backed SaaS or tech companies scaling from ~100 to 250+ employees
  • Implemented and Scaled People Systems & Ops Infrastructure - designed and optimized HRIS, ATS, equity management, onboarding, compensation, levels, compliance, and reviews
  • Embedded Culture and Internal Communications at Scale - owned internal comms, engagement initiatives, leadership alignment
  • Been a Strategic, Trusted Partner to Execs - worked alongside founders and cross-functional execs as a thought partner, data-informed, navigate org and performance conversations
  • Delivered at Startup Velocity - operated in hypergrowth environments, move fast with sound judgment, flex between strategy and execution
  • Worked with World-Class People and Raised the Bar - experience building alongside top-tier operators
