Mid Market Account Executive

Revenue Operations

• Manage and optimize the revenue operations tech stack, including Salesforce, GA4, marketing automation, and Calendly
• Serve as the Salesforce administrator, managing configurations, workflows, user permissions, and integrations to optimize sales and marketing operations
• Develop and maintain marketing,sales, and customer success performance dashboards to track pipeline velocity, GRR, NRR, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and attribution

• Apply observational causal inference methods with clear identification strategies to isolate conversational variables that causally influence outcomes.
• Engineer structured features from unstructured transcript data (e.g., advisor talk ratio, sentiment, interruptions, trust markers, hesitations) using LLMs, embeddings, and NLP.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and proctoring coding exercises

DevOps Engineer

• Build and scale infrastructure with Terraform, GCP, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes (GKE)
• Design resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure for fast-moving engineering teams
• Set up scalable Kubernetes clusters and manage production workloads
• Design, scale, and operate distributed systems in production
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automatic staging environments for every PR
