Project Manager

• Lead and manage survey projects, guiding field crews and office teams
• Create and oversee survey drawings, boundary computations, topographical data, ALTA surveys, and construction layouts
• Manage project schedules and budgets and ensure field crews have necessary calculations, alignments, and digital files
• Prepare and review construction as-builts to ensure alignment with design intent and field conditions
• Hire, train, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior staff with daily on-the-job training
• Prepare and deliver proposals, determine survey type and estimate project complexity and volume

Survey Project Manager

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day survey operations within the Colorado Springs office
• Lead and manage teams of office and field survey staff; hiring, coaching, mentoring, delegating
• Communicate with clients and take part in business development and proposals
• Create or analyze property boundaries for sites, lots, subdivisions, roads, pipelines, rights-of-way, and easements
• Review and evaluate survey field notes and oversee processing of 3-dimensional field data
• Prepare and oversee survey documents and computations for boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys, etc.
• Oversee survey drawings and descriptions using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
• Prepare and oversee construction surveying and layout services, including construction staking, plan interpretation, calculations (points, alignments, DXFs), and as-builts
• Ensure compliance with local jurisdiction requirements and Galloway SOP/standards

Senior Survey Project Manager

• Assists in managing Architecture team members and assists in managing project deliverables and schedules.
• Assists in development conceptual, schematic design development and construction document design packages
• Develops, modifies and reviews construction documents.
• Coordinates with and advises client throughout the Design and Construction phase of the project.
• Researches and specifies building materials, systems, and products.
• Research codes and verifies code compliance.
• Provides Architecture Department construction contract administration.
• Oversees and assists the management of the construction administration phase.
• Performs shop drawing and submittal reviews.
• Directs construction administration activities on projects.
• Monitors project for construction document compliance.

Architectural Project Manager

• Work directly with local and national land development projects
• Assist the structural design team in developing structural designs including both systems and components for a variety of building and non-building structures
• Collaborate and coordinate with other internal disciplines on projects
• Work on diverse, impactful projects alongside multidisciplinary professionals
• Participate in the firm's Full-Spectrum Approach™ to understand the development process across disciplines

Structural Design Intern

• Assist in managing Architecture team members and assist in managing project schedules.

Traffic Design Intern

Civil Engineer

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate structural engineering work for projects.
• Oversee the design and ongoing progress of projects, coordinating with city, state, and county officials and other outside agencies.
• Resolve complex problems such as conflicting design requirements and material suitability issues.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines and departments within the firm.
• Take an active role in new business development and market Galloway’s capabilities to establish and grow client relationships.
• Provide supervision and guidance on objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters; consult with senior management as needed.
• Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, promotional materials, and professional services agreements; manage approvals and amendments.
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct project teams during execution; coach, mentor, and delegate to less-senior staff.
• Serve as primary contact with clients and foster effective internal and external communication between clients and team members.
• Utilize Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software (e.g., RISA 3D, RAM Structural System) and BIM processes in project delivery.

Structural Engineering Project Manager

• Assist in electrical design calculations such as low/high power distribution systems, lighting, security/fire systems, data/telecommunications systems, etc.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other internal disciplines on projects
• Coordinate projects with other disciplines and project consultants, while applying standard practices and techniques
• Adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow operations through a series of related and detailed steps of processes
• Work on diverse, impactful projects alongside multidisciplinary professionals

• Assist in the mechanical/plumbing design and production of a project within their development team
