• Manage onboarding process for new clients and act as liaison between SEO, sales, and link-building teams.

Creative Strategist

• Hybrid role combining paid media campaign management with creative strategy to deliver best-in-class performance marketing
• Manage between 3–6 clients (depending on account size), ensuring campaigns are strategically managed, data-driven, and powered by performance-optimized creative
• Work closely with the Performance Director and Creative Strategy team to oversee campaign execution (daily management, optimisations, analysis) and creative direction (briefing, asset testing, performance insight feedback)
• Daily budget tracking and campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and potentially TikTok/YouTube
• Ongoing optimisation to hit KPIs and drive scalable results
• Weekly reporting and ad hoc deep-dive analysis
• A/B testing across targeting, bidding, and creatives
• Share insights with clients and internal teams and maintain proactive client communication

Creative Strategist, Campaign Manager

• Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations
• Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance; advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations
• Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
• Assist in developing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations and marketing
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

• Role: GAIN- Performance- Performance Ad Designer; Location: Spain; Hybrid - Based in Barcelona.
• Design compelling static and motion ads optimized for performance across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into high-performing visuals that drive key metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, and CVR.
• Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing—tailoring concepts to different audiences, placements, and formats.
• Maintain a strong sense of visual hierarchy, pacing, and platform-native design across all assets.
• Partner with Creative Strategists and Paid Media Managers to bring data-backed creative concepts to life.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews—bringing fresh, relevant ideas rooted in cultural and platform trends.
• Regularly review performance data and creative test results—iterating on designs to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects across clients and verticals; deliver high-quality assets on time and within scope.
• Ensure all creative meets brand guidelines, platform specs, and quality control standards before handoff.
