Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations
Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance; advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations
Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
Assist in developing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations and marketing
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analytics; review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices
Develop and implement training programs
Coordinate employee events and activities
Support the central Operations team in office-related tasks (control of office supplies, local supplier contracts, workplace maintenance)
Ensure the office environment is compliant with all health & safety requirements and provides a positive and productive working environment
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences; Bachelor degree in HR Management or similar
Master’s Degree in Human Resources would be highly appreciated
At least 4 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred
Experience working in a large multinational organization strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of employment practices
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functions
Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Right to work in Spain; must not require sponsorship
