About the role
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and the hiring of top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage the IMA Health team, driving international business growth in competitive markets.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations in the regions where we operate.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to professional development, to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the compensation and benefits structure, leading initiatives to enhance recognition, promote diversity, and foster engagement through team-building activities.
- Manage the payroll process in collaboration with external partners, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Act as an HR advisor for managers and team members, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Use HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree will be a plus.
- Fluent in English and either Catalan or Spanish.
- Knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be valued.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in fast-paced scale-up environments, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR functions internationally (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with EU labor legislation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience using HRIS and ATS.
