Serve as the HR resource for teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries, providing support and guidance
Drive operational excellence owning the entire employee lifecycle, from preparing offer letters and employment agreements to managing employee changes and offboarding
Ensure an outstanding employee experience and identify opportunities to optimize Veeva processes
Work closely with internal payroll team to ensure correct data is transferred to external payroll providers
Own HRIS (Workday) data quality and contribute to global HR processes and standards
Support HR initiatives to enhance onboarding and other areas of the employee journey
Execute critical HR processes and proactively drive best practices and innovation
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience as an HR coordinator or generalist
Solid understanding of European employment practices
Exceptional communicator with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to use data to measure impact
Proactive, results-oriented self-starter
Fluent in English and Spanish
Italian is a plus
