About the role

  • Role: GAIN- Performance- Performance Ad Designer; Location: Spain; Hybrid - Based in Barcelona.
  • Design compelling static and motion ads optimized for performance across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  • Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into high-performing visuals that drive key metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, and CVR.
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing—tailoring concepts to different audiences, placements, and formats.
  • Maintain a strong sense of visual hierarchy, pacing, and platform-native design across all assets.
  • Partner with Creative Strategists and Paid Media Managers to bring data-backed creative concepts to life.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews—bringing fresh, relevant ideas rooted in cultural and platform trends.
  • Regularly review performance data and creative test results—iterating on designs to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Manage multiple design projects across clients and verticals; deliver high-quality assets on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all creative meets brand guidelines, platform specs, and quality control standards before handoff.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-focused graphic and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social ad design across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience using collaboration tools like Figma, Notion, Frame.io, and Monday.com is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of creative performance metrics and how design impacts outcomes like CTR, CVR, and engagement.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple timelines, and adapting to evolving creative direction.
