About the role
- Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy
- Architect and execute the global brand strategy for Fuze Health
- Develop and orchestrate the go-to-market strategy for the Fuze Health brand launch
- Partner closely with Product and Commercial leadership to develop compelling value propositions
- Oversee the creative development of all brand assets
- Define overall digital marketing strategy and manage all digital initiatives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Lead market research efforts to gather critical insights on customer preferences
- Develop and manage the comprehensive marketing budget
- Act as a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Marketing
- Direct, hands-on experience leading post-merger & acquisition (M&A) brand strategy and development
- Proven, demonstrable track record of building and launching a category-defining brand
- Demonstrated expertise across the full marketing mix
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate marketing activities into clear business outcomes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
