Track ongoing client experience list and manage delivery cadence.
Handle review requests through platforms such as Experience.com, Zillow, Google Business, Redfin OpenBook, and Social Proof.
Assist with annual review calls, reminders, and scheduling.
Maintain documentation of marketing activities and campaign results.
Help manage budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination for gifts or collateral (e.g., QR Code Generator, Closing Gifts, Loan Approval Cookies, Moving Kits).
Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups without requiring micromanagement.
Assist with internal communication through Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate marketing preferred.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and marketing collateral creation.
Strong communication and writing skills with client-facing professionalism.
Experience handling sensitive client data — confidentiality and compliance awareness required.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media posting, brand consistency, and content creation.
Familiarity with BombBomb, Homebot, ListReports, MBS Highway, and Keeping Current Matters is a plus.
