Own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for voucher incentive programs, brand development, content creation, and campaign management.
Create data-driven marketing plans aligned with business goals to reach target audiences.
Implement marketing tactics across channels while managing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Develop strategic communications for marketing initiatives, launches, and new programs.
Own projects from kickoff through launch; coordinate execution activities through project closure.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
Develop and manage project timelines to ensure creative projects are completed on schedule.
Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the trucks and clean transportation industry.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on performance data.
Requirements
5–7 years of professional marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience
Proven project management skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Strong communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, MS Office)
Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
