About the role
- Support the planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of Futurpreneur Canada programming for entrepreneurs
- Report to the Director, Entrepreneurship Programs and work with Program Specialists
- Coordinate and implement delivery of Futurpreneur programs/initiatives (including Rock My Business Series)
- Event/workshop planning, moderation, logistics and day-of troubleshooting
- Clarify and document processes related to Programs team activities
- Contribute to reporting on KPIs and impacts, collect and interpret user experience, client satisfaction and learning outcome metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for program-related communications
- Analyze post-workshop survey data, identify program gaps and recommend improvements
- Support creation and implementation of new programs, measurement and evaluation metrics
- Pull together documents, find themes/trends, support program audits and research
- Support documentation of forward-looking program roadmaps and gather quantitative/qualitative data
Requirements
- Relevant education with a focus in Business Administration, Arts, or related field or equivalent hands-on career experience
- 2 years previous work experience in project coordination, program development, delivery and/or management
- Bilingualism in French & English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously and be on time and on budget
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with a CRM (Dynamics Marketing nice to have)
- Problem solving skills and proactive approach
- Attention to detail and focus on quality work
- Experience managing an LMS - an asset
