About the role
- Develop and maintain features across the entire stack (backend, frontend, and mobile) for a B2B2C healthcare platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in TypeScript using Node.js (backend) and React (web).
- Contribute to and eventually work with the React Native codebase for mobile applications.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) daily as a natural extension of your workflow to accelerate development, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
- Participate in a lean, fast-moving team culture that emphasizes high standards and full ownership.
Requirements
- Strong independent full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong skills in React and Node.js
- Everyday usage of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude as a natural extension of the workflow, while also validating and improving outputs.
- Ability and willingness to work across the stack (backend, frontend, mobile).
- High coding standards, ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code.
- Independence and ownership: able to take a feature end-to-end with minimal handholding.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with product, design, and leadership.
- Advantages: Experience (or willingness to learn) React Native .
