About the role
- Lead several on-screen content, including B2B webinars, video interviews, live event segments, and trade show video content.
- Monitor live chat, polls, and Q&A to incorporate audience questions and comments.
- Partner with our webinar and content teams to write and review scripts, presentations, and run-of-show documents.
- Be comfortable with managing common technical issues on several webinar platforms and on-site video production equipment.
- Serve as a professional brand ambassador, conducting interviews with industry experts, clients, and partners.
- Guide clients and presenters through the event or webinar process.
- Record content in our virtual studio or in-person, then prepare the footage with notes and revisions for our editing team.
Requirements
- Experience as a moderator, host, or on-screen talent within a B2B media, marketing, or technology context.
- Must be articulate and able to improvise while maintaining an on-screen presence.
- The ability to remain calm and focused while adapting to last-minute changes, technical glitches, or unexpected situations in a live environment.
- An interest in diverse topics from our B2B portfolio such as new technologies, IT and data security, education, and business leadership.
- 3+ years of experience with webinar platforms, video conferencing tools, video recording and editing software, and basic on-site A/V equipment.
- Ability to manage several video projects simultaneously that require multiple deliverables and partners leading up to the live event. You will anticipate, detailed tracking, and file management in software like Asana, and Dropbox.
