About the role

  • Serve as the system owner and administrator for our HRIS, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee data integrity, workflows, and integrations between HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other platforms.
  • Develop and deliver HR analytics dashboards and reports that inform People strategy and support organizational storytelling.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption across the company.
  • Train employees on system functionality, reporting, and best practices.
  • Partner with vendors and IT to optimize the HR tech stack and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards..

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS management, or People Analytics (preferably in tech or high-growth environments).
  • Proven expertise with HR systems (HRIS and ATS) including configuration, administration, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Visier, ChartHop).
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
