Customer Success Manager

• Own and grow a book of business, consistently seeking and driving upsell and expansion opportunities that will yield direct bottom line impact for both your customers and Fundraise Up.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the customer organization from day-to-day contacts up to C-Suite, collaborating on strategy to progress key priorities and yield improved outcomes.
• Monitor account signals and lead upsell and expansion opportunities, as well as churn prevention strategies.
• Take ownership over critical moments in the customer journey, including adoption, advocacy, escalations, and more, working with Fundraise Up’s leadership team with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Monitor and drive key success metrics (e.g., growth KPIs, retention, etc.).
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop strategies for customer growth, retention, and product adoption.
• Regularly review and update account plans based on customer feedback, performance data, and evolving needs.
• Collaborate on and own Customer Success portion of the account plan and related activities.
• Manage key strategic initiatives, including whitespace analysis, upselling, and customer advocacy.
• Own the overall customer relationship, ensuring alignment with customer goals, objectives, and expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers within the customer’s organization.
• Act as the primary liaison for high-level strategic discussions and executive reviews (e.g., Quarterly Account Reviews, executive business reviews).

• Provide Expert Implementation Support: Guide clients on implementing our product across various web platforms, from standard websites to builders like Wix and WordPress.
• Diagnose and Escalate Bugs: Expertly reproduce technical issues, investigate root causes, and create clear, structured reports for the development team.
• Deliver World-Class Support: Respond to user requests with empathy and technical precision, digging deep to understand their real needs and guide them to the best solutions.
• Influence Product Development: Participate in product meetings, bringing valuable user feedback and insights to help shape new features and improvements.
• Build Our Knowledge Base: Maintain and contribute to our public help desk, FAQs, and internal knowledge base to empower both users and internal teams.
• Act as a Product Resource: Serve as the go-to expert for product-related questions from other teams within the company.

Technical Support Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Hit Your Numbers: Your target is 12 meetings booked per month. Because these accounts are more complex, quality is paramount. We expect at least 7 of these to convert to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
• Develop a Point of View: Before reaching out, you will develop a "Hypothesis" for each account. Upon discovery with the POC, you’ll identify their current goals and fundraising challenges so that when you pass a lead to an AE, they have a clear starting point for the conversation.
• Tiered Personalization: You will balance your outreach styles. You’ll craft highly bespoke, research-heavy messaging for Executive Directors and C-suite leaders, while using more scalable, persona-based approaches for Marketing and Development Directors or managers.
• Deep Multi-threading: You’ll work to build consensus across an organization. You are responsible for engaging multiple stakeholders, from the specialists doing the daily work to the executives signing the checks, to ensure the account has momentum.
• Partner with AEs: You will work in lockstep with your Account Executives to map out your territory, identify "must-win" accounts, and coordinate multi-channel outreach to get into the door.
• Partner with Marketing: You are a key player in our event and content strategy. You will drive registrations for webinars and events, and ensure fast, effective follow-up with every attendee to turn interest into pipeline.
• Own the Nurture: Mid-market cycles take time. You will proactively follow up with prospects, offering value-add content and insights that align with their specific fundraising cycles and growth goals.
• Identify Intent & Triggers: You’ll monitor your 1,000-account territory for "compelling events" - leadership changes, new program launches, or website activity, and use these as the "why" behind your outreach.
