About the role
- Conduct inspection analysis to support underwriting decisions and risk assessments
- Validate inspection data against risk models and premium calculations
- Assist in generating and maintaining inspection-related reports
- Proactively identify and help resolve inspection issues as they arise
- Coordinate inspection activities across teams and vendors to ensure timely completion
- Utilize multiple systems regularly to manage inspection workflows and documentation
- Contribute to broader team goals through consistent follow-up and operational support
- Review property inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness of documented building components and features
- Communicate with the Underwriters regarding status of pending or completed inspections
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and the candidate grows in experience
Requirements
- Construction experience is highly desired, either contractor certification or other formal designation
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Any undergraduate education desirable
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 20-44 Resident Personal Lines Agent License is required
- Ability to commute to the Lake Mary, FL office twice a week (hybrid)
