• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through a strong outbound sales strategy.

Enterprise Partner Manager

• Develop a deep point of view on AtoB's competitive position and where we should invest next — grounded in direct conversations with customers and ecosystem partners (freight brokers, factoring companies, fuel networks).
• Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, including success metrics, sequencing, and the trade-offs that come with both.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners across Sales, Partnerships, and Support — from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Run user research with fleet managers and drivers, including in-the-field visits. Ground every decision in real customer pain, not internal opinion.
• Use GenAI tooling (Claude Code and similar) to prototype quickly and align the org behind a shared vision before committing engineering resources.
• Partner with design to ship UX that works for users with widely varying levels of technical fluency, on devices ranging from desktops in dispatch offices to phones on the road.
• Use data to drive prioritization, measure impact, and make the case for what to build next.
