About the role
- Oversee DSD operations and key account execution across multiple retail locations
- Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and improved route efficiency
- Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Managers (RMS), and DSD Managers (DMS) on new route development, store setups, and resets
- Lead HR-related functions within the district, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals
- Support development and execution of planograms (POGs), fleet management, and virtual account oversight
- Create and implement DSD standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and policies for all field employees
- Set performance goals for management and DSD teams; monitor progress through weekly and monthly reporting
- Coordinate schedules, customer projects, and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales
- Manage district budget and identify cost-saving opportunities within DSD operations
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all required company reports
- Achieve sales forecasts, budget targets, and scorecard metrics across assigned regions
- Serve as a liaison between field teams and senior leadership, supporting policy development and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with route optimization tools and fleet management systems
- Ability to travel regularly across the district
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment
