Global program management: coordinate multi-site, multi-region builds on schedule
Cross-discipline integration: align architecture with electrical, mechanical, structural, network, controls, and operations teams
Vendor and contractor alignment: ensure all architectural systems meet Fluidstack safety, quality, and performance standards
Primary decision maker: serve as the authority for architectural questions, engaging senior leadership and stakeholders
Regulatory compliance: confirm designs adhere to local, state, federal, and environmental requirements
Standards development: refine design guidelines for consistency across Fluidstack’s portfolio
Requirements
Education: bachelor’s in architecture or related field (master’s or PhD preferred)
Experience: 10+ years in architecture, including 8+ years in data-center design and operations, with a proven record of delivering large-scale projects
Toolset: expert proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related software
Sustainability expertise: deep knowledge of energy-efficient, cost-saving data-center practices
Communication: skilled at translating complex technical details for diverse audiences
Stakeholder influence: proven ability to guide engineering, product, and operations partners
Analytics: experienced in defining KPIs, analyzing program data, and reporting success metrics
Security: must pass Fluidstack background screening at hire
Nice to have: Professional architectural license
Nice to have: Experience leading global data-center projects and navigating regional regulations
Nice to have: Familiarity with hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Meta)
Nice to have: Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals
Nice to have: Background launching products in international markets, with knowledge of land, energy, and data-center compliance
