About the role
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards related to facility maintenance and safety.
