Drive sales by actively engaging with store managers, replenishing sections, and identifying opportunities for displays, endcaps, and promotional tie-ins
Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
Manage daily product needs by driving a DOT-certified company vehicle
Maintain accurate inventory records, handle necessary paperwork, and complete reports
Unload products shipped directly to the warehouse, verify product counts, and store new inventory properly
Ensure that your vehicle is properly loaded with all products needed for each day’s deliveries
Begin each day by reviewing objectives and conclude by communicating results.
Requirements
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Demonstrated success in driving sales through in-store engagement, executing planograms, setting up displays, and identifying promotional opportunities
Capable of operating with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability, integrity, and alignment with company values
Experience managing product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling warehouse-to-store logistics using DOT-certified vehicles
Effective in daily communication with district and regional managers, addressing store-level challenges, and aligning with broader strategic goals.
