Security Operations

• Own and manage Freshpaint’s recurring security compliance programs, including SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST R2, and other certifications or audits as needed.
• Coordinate and manage annual penetration tests and follow through on remediation activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve Freshpaint’s security controls and documentation.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to operationalize security best practices across systems, tools, and processes.
• Support risk assessments, vendor security reviews, and internal audits.
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, customers, and vendors on security-related matters.

Security Operations Lead

Marketing

• Own Freshpaint’s customer storytelling and advocacy strategy — identifying, developing, and amplifying customer stories across all channels.
• Manage the end-to-end process for customer quotes, testimonials, and case studies — from identifying and capturing stories to securing approvals and developing assets.
• Create customer story-driven enablement materials — slides, sound bites, success metrics, and use cases that empower teams to easily and consistently share our customers’ successes.
• Build and maintain a central repository of customer stories and proof points for marketing and sales enablement.
• Partner with Account Management to act as the central coordination point for customer asks, balancing requests across events, sales, marketing, and product to protect relationships.
• Manage and grow our roster of customer speakers for both Freshpaint-led and industry events.
• Drive the strategy to extend and energize the community we’ve organically built through live events year-round, creating lasting engagement and connection beyond the event itself.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Demand Gen, and Events to ensure customer narratives are integrated across Freshpaint’s marketing and go-to-market touchpoints.

Customer Marketing Manager

Product Manager

• Shape a Flagship Product- You’ll define and build one of Freshpaint’s most strategic products, the foundation for how every customer will understand their marketing performance. Your work will directly impact how healthcare organizations make decisions every day.
• Work Across the Stack- From modeling first-party data to crafting AI-powered Insights, you’ll touch every layer; data, UI, and intelligence. This role gives you end-to-end ownership across technical and customer-facing systems.
• Have High Visibility and Real Autonomy- You’ll work directly with leadership, data, and our go-to-market teams. You’ll have the autonomy to shape roadmap direction and the visibility that comes with leading a key company initiative.

Senior Product Manager

Engineer

• Own leading and lagging indicators of success.
• Efficiently implement the Freshpaint solution alongside our customers, owning time to first value from the beginning to the end of onboarding.
• Ensure all product features available to the customer are onboarded, and work with Account Management to accelerate adoption of those features.
• Maintain high NPS scores for both implementation and account satisfaction.
• Help customers navigate the data privacy world and Freshpaint’s offerings.
• Concurrently manage 10-20 enterprise accounts totaling $2-4MM in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure all communication and activities with assigned customers are consistently documented in our project management tool (Monday).
• Use Freshpaint effectively to measure customer product KPIs and run adoption analyses for customers.
• Continuously measure and communicate key metrics to peers and leadership.
• Own the onboarding journey throughout the entire engagement.
• Support a portfolio of clients and manage the technical details of their implementation, onboarding, adoption and growth.
• Understand and translate your customer’s goals into a defined implementation plan, and configure their Freshpaint subscription to satisfy their requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and solve product issues.
• Become knowledgeable about healthcare data privacy.
• Have complete context on our product and become an expert in the larger healthcare data privacy space.
• Educate our customers on the value and associated positive business outcomes of the healthcare data privacy platform.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly. Convey sound data principles to a wide variety of audiences: marketers, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and VP/C-level executives.
• Form close relationships with our customers.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for key customer champions and executives including C-levels.

Senior Enterprise Implementation Engineer

Content Marketing Manager

• Define/own the content strategy and the execution of that strategy across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer expansion).
• Lead a content team of 3 existing team members and scale capacity
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks to track content performance and ROI.
• Own the operational framework to continually execute against the content strategy and meet the needs of the business as we hit new levels of growth.
• Partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to align content with pipeline and revenue goals and prioritize production.

• Own the end-to-end design process for Freshpaint’s core products, from discovery and research to polished, production-ready experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex data and compliance challenges into intuitive, high-impact solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that make privacy-safe data activation seamless for healthcare marketers.
• Champion simplicity and usability to help non-technical users manage complex, data-driven workflows with confidence.
• Conduct usability testing, customer interviews, and ongoing research to deeply understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Evolve and maintain Freshpaint’s design system, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and privacy-first user experience across our platform.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation that reflects both design intent and product performance goals.
• Leverage data and feedback loops to continuously measure, refine, and optimize usability, conversion, and engagement.
• Develop empathy for our healthcare marketing users, navigating privacy and performance, so you can design experiences that empower them to succeed.

Analyst

• Review customer Order Forms to ensure pricing, terms, and approvals are consistent with company policies
• Validate deal structures against internal playbooks, discount thresholds, and non-standard terms
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve deal issues quickly
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams on Order Form processes and requirements
• Support the end-to-end deal desk workflow from submission to approval and prepare, clean, and finalize contracts for signature
• Maintain accurate records of approved Order Forms and deal terms in company systems and manage deal data in CRM/CPQ/CLM
• Generate reports and dashboards to support deal analysis and approvals
• Ensure deals comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual standards and escalate risks appropriately

• Conduct thoughtful and rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering quality and velocity. This individual will set standards within the team in both process and code quality.
• Partner with Product, Support Engineering, and Customer Success to scope and deliver projects that directly impact business goals.
• Support your team through strong technical mentorship, architectural guidance, and clear feedback.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes that reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
• Provide hands-on support in architecture and debugging without needing to be a daily IC.
