Engineering Manager

• Lead and grow a small, high-impact engineering team focused on delivering mission-critical features to our customers.
• Conduct thoughtful and rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering quality and velocity. This individual will set standards within the team in both process and code quality.
• Partner with Product, Support Engineering, and Customer Success to scope and deliver projects that directly impact business goals.
• Support your team through strong technical mentorship, architectural guidance, and clear feedback.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes that reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
• Provide hands-on support in architecture and debugging without needing to be a daily IC.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership to align execution with company strategy.
