• Scale the "Spider Web": Architect and maintain a growing ecosystem of integrations with EHRs (e.g., Epic), booking platforms (e.g., Solv), and billing systems, as well as identify and explore new potential dat source integrations that will fuel the Freshpaint advertising and marketi performance engine.
• Platform Orchestration: Ensure that as our BoF network expands, we manage reconciliation and alignment through scalable platform logic rather than brute-force manual labor.

Senior Product Manager – Performance Platform, Integrations

• Validate emerging verticals
• Your focus begins with D2C/D2P Pharma and Medical Device
• Conduct deep market research on industry structure, ecosystem dynamics, and competitive forces
• Work with Marketing to map ICPs, buyer personas, influence networks, and high value use cases
• Build and test hypotheses around buying triggers and Freshpaint’s most compelling value propositions
• Engage senior executives through structured discovery and roundtable conversations across marketing, operations, compliance, digital, data, and leadership
• Travel to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to conduct in person learning and strengthen market understanding

• Deliver business outcomes by either directly owning, or guiding others to build reliable and scalable products

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own all financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis with a strong bias toward clear, decisive execution.
• Design and operationalize the company’s financial infrastructure—processes, systems, reporting cadences, and the overall financial operating model (how we budget, plan, track, measure, and adapt).
• Develop and maintain scalable financial models that support strategic decisions, scenario planning, and long-term planning.
• Create operational discipline around budgeting, runway management, spend, and cash flow optimization.
• Provide leadership with data-driven guidance on investments, trade-offs, pacing of growth, and when/where to pull back.
• Evaluate key cross-functional initiatives (Product, GTM, Operations) and provide strategic, actionable financial recommendations.

Performance Marketing

• Strategy and planning: Develop and execute vertical-specific marketing strategies to increase our penetration in the payer & health systems segments. Define the optimal marketing mix including 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, paid search & social, content syndication, events, and more. Create integrated, multi-channel campaigns to meet pipeline and revenue goals, working closely with sales, field marketing, content, digital, and product marketing.
• Partner with sales: The marketing and sales teams are amazing partners at Freshpaint. The campaigns we run require skin in the game from both. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and SDRs on account planning, prioritization, messaging, outreach and nurture sequences, and events.
• Content and personalization: Provide feedback on the content roadmap to make sure you get the content needed to run your campaign. Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design to build personalized assets, such as landing pages, case studies, and nurture sequences, tailored to specific accounts and personas.
• Report on wins and losses: Set aggressive but achievable goals, and measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Advocate for success: Tell us what you need to win so we can get it for you.
• Leverage our tech stack: Utilize Hubspot, Webflow, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to get the job done.
• Collaborate with Field marketing: Plan and execute events, webinars, and other activities that will be crucial for your success.
