About the role

  • Help our customers deliver performance marketing driven improved outcomes and KPIs through strategic engagements alongside our Customer Success team.
  • Influence the product roadmap by turning frontline customer insights into product innovations and feature development.
  • Help ensure product innovations translate into real, measurable results.
  • Shape how we go to market by partnering with product marketing and revenue teams to refine how we position Freshpaint.
  • Develop performance frameworks, use cases, and ROI stories that support sales and customer success teams.
  • Drive expansion and strategic retention by partnering with customer success to embed Freshpaint into customers’ growth strategies.
  • Help build executive confidence and ensure Freshpaint is seen as a strategic partner and not just part of the compliance stack.
  • Accelerate time to value by building repeatable playbooks that help customers quickly launch high-performing, compliant campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing and growth experience, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on Marketing Expertise: You’ve built, executed, and optimized campaigns that involved the full marketing spectrum - paid media, growth, and lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Data Fluency: You are dangerous with SQL and data visualization tools. You don't wait for a data scientist to tell you what happened; you find it yourself.
  • Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, and other similar ad platform offerings. You understand how these platforms ingest server-side data and the impact of signal loss on bidding models.
  • Advanced Measurement: Proven experience implementing Incrementality testing (Geo-testing, Ghost Bids) and interpreting Media Mix Modeling (MMM) to guide high-stakes budget reallocation.
  • The "Post-Cookie" Playbook: A proven methodology for driving performance in a world of ITP, ATT, and disappearing third-party cookies.
  • Agency Fluency: Ability to speak the language of high-spend performance agencies, with the ability to both educate and hold them accountable to new measurement paradigms (Incrementality, MMM, and privacy-safe attribution).
  • Strategic Advisory: Ability to function as an effective strategic advisor, understanding multiple stakeholder perspectives and crafting guidance and recommendations accordingly to ensure they can be successfully implemented. Demonstrated strong storytelling and narrative-building skills.
  • Business Outcomes Driven: You have a revenue-oriented mindset focused on understanding the drivers of a business and improving the outcomes that matter most.
  • Systems Thinker / Product Mindset: You see how all the pieces connect and have translated that insight and understanding into repeatable, efficient solutions.
  • Collaborator: You have experience building relationships and working cross-functionally with product and go-to-market teams in highly effective, productive, and efficient ways.
