About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for key products and use cases
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches that drive pipeline and adoption
- Partner with Product across the full lifecycle to shape roadmap, positioning, and launch strategy
- Enable Sales and CS with narratives, talk tracks, and assets that improve win rates, deal velocity, and ACV
- Identify and address recurring objections and friction points in the sales process through ongoing enablement
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and storytelling that reinforce our product narrative and generate demand
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights and apply them to messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy
- Track performance of launches, messaging, and enablement efforts and continuously iterate based on results
- Drive alignment across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure consistent and effective execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Proven track record of crafting positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates a product and resonates with target buyers
- Experience leading product launches that drive measurable business impact, including pipeline and adoption
- Demonstrated success building sales enablement that improves win rates, deal velocity, or ACV
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Analytical and outcome-oriented, with a focus on measuring impact and iterating based on results
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a reputation as a trusted, go-to partner for PMs, sellers, and marketers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
