About the role

  • 100% focused on bringing in new business development
  • Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs)
  • Outreach: call key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches; conduct in-person meetings as appropriate
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions to partner objectives
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Provide feedback on market trends and industry insights
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document all call outcomes in the CRM
  • Serve as lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
  • Report to Business Development Team Lead, Malaysia and General Manager SEA

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
  • True hunter and relationship builder
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Naturally curious with desire to continually grow and develop
  • Bi-lingual: Fluency or conversational in English and Malay (Mandarin a bonus)
  • Experience within the beauty & wellness industry (added bonus)
