Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs)
Outreach: call key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches; conduct in-person meetings as appropriate
Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions to partner objectives
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
Provide feedback on market trends and industry insights
Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads promptly and document all call outcomes in the CRM
Serve as lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Report to Business Development Team Lead, Malaysia and General Manager SEA
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success
Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
True hunter and relationship builder
Able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Naturally curious with desire to continually grow and develop
Bi-lingual: Fluency or conversational in English and Malay (Mandarin a bonus)
Experience within the beauty & wellness industry (added bonus)
