Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Go-to-Market roles
- Experience in high-growth startups (bonus if in MedTech/HealthTech)
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting, ideally with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proven ability to design scalable processes for sales pipelines and marketing funnels
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—comfortable building from scratch
