About the role
- Own and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as forecasting and annual planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance leadership
- Help design and maintain the strategy and processes
- Build reports and dashboards to support the sales team
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and coverage models
- Launch and manage GTM programs
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Builder with a bias towards action and a results-oriented mindset
- Experienced with sales and marketing functions in high-growth startups
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Empathy for sales reps
- Top-tier analytics skills
- Excellent communication
- Proficient across Salesforce, forecasting tools, and SQL
- Bachelor's degree required
- Financial and/or consulting background a plus
