Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability
Identify areas where data is inconsistent and improve accuracy
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Overall Business).
Pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability
Analyze revenue performance metrics across the funnel (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity)
Generate adhoc reports to support overall GTM strategy
Document data trends defined by Revenue Operations
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies with how data is captured and leveraged day to day
Develop and document scalable processes that improve cross-team alignment and operational consistency
Work with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine process, data, and automation.
Manage integrations between CRM and other revenue tools
Partner with internal teams to scope system improvements and ensure smooth implementations
Act as a power user for CRM and related platforms
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role, with a focus on CRM (Salesforce) data management, reporting, and cross-functional process improvement
Strong experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel)
Familiarity with data hygiene best practices, automation tools
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
