• Define and execute Pacvue’s supply strategy across SSPs, ad exchanges, publishers, and curated marketplaces supporting Pacvue DSP.
• Identify and negotiate commercial terms, curated inventory access, and PMP traffic across SSP and publisher partners.
• Identify and onboard emerging supply partners that support commerce media innovation and offsite retail growth.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with SSPs, exchanges, publisher networks, and commerce content partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements including data access, supply routing, auction participation, and performance-based deal structures.
• Partner with SSPs and publishers to co-develop commerce-driven inventory offerings and curated marketplace solutions.
• Monitor supply yield, win rates, bid density, and conversion performance to continuously refine supply strategies.

Director, DSP Supply & Marketplace Strategy

Operations

• Support a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of IT Operations activities.
• Support enterprise applications across the Pacvue brands (Okta, Slack Enterprise, M365, Atlassian Suite, GitHub, etc)
• Support users in a remote environment
• Tier 1 triage and resolution of IT application and hardware issues; act as an escalation point to higher tier support as needed, in 24/7 environment
• Tier 1 execution of IT application moves, adds, and changes (MAC) within given procedures and approval processes
• Walk end users through the problem-solving process in a friendly, helpful, and positive way and follow up to ensure the issue has been resolved
• Work cross-functionally to aid in successful office experience changes such as hardware and software installations, maintenance, and network troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot printing and wireless connectivity

Senior IT Operations Specialist

Sales

• Develop senior level relationships and help team close new business with Enterprise Accounts.
