• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for strategic clients.
• Translate client needs into structured onboarding plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Run end to end program of onboarding: discovery, scoping, kickoff, training, execution, and handoff.
• Architect account setups, including campaign organization, tagging strategy, rule logic, dayparting models, budget pacing, and reporting needs.
• Apply expertise across Search, DSP, and AMC to deliver best-in-class setups.
• Provide tailored guidance on optimization strategies and performance tracking.
• Ensure clients understand how to win with Pacvue.
• Collaborate across time zones, including with our Shanghai support team, to ensure high-quality execution.

• Proactively navigate cross-functional blockers without dropping deliverables.
• Handle client escalations and provide professional, clear stakeholder updates.
• Travel to China up to twice annually for collaboration and training, with light client travel as needed.

• Identify gaps, refine processes, and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Revenue Operations

• Audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability
• Identify areas where data is inconsistent and improve accuracy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Overall Business).
• Pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability

• We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to own and drive the data side of our platform and manage a team of software engineers. This role requires a strong background in modern data platforms, excellent communication skills to partner across product, commercial, and (at times) external client teams, and familiarity with the paid advertising ecosystem. Knowledge of retailer commerce operations is a strong plus.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of data solutions across Snowflake, BigQuery, and traditional relational databases.

Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

Product Operations

• We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Principal Product Operations Manager who will be responsible for launch readiness and will lead cross-functional planning and execution of product and feature releases. This individual will coordinate all go-to-market (GTM) readiness activities, align stakeholders across departments, and ensure smooth, timely, and successful market entry.
• Pricing Strategy & Readiness: Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to define pricing models for new products or features. Ensure pricing strategy is aligned with business goals and market conditions. Coordinate readiness of pricing-related systems (e.g., billing, quoting tools).
• Program & Project Management: Own the end-to-end launch readiness process for product releases or initiatives. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics. Drive weekly readiness reviews with stakeholders; escalate risks and resolve blockers. Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate and enable Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Support, and Ops teams on launch deliverables. Ensure all teams are informed, accountable, and prepared ahead of launch via consistent communication and feedback loops. Track progress on readiness checklists including training, collateral, messaging, FAQs, etc.
