Manage all certifications to ensure compliance with NSF/ANSI drinking water treatment industry standards and the Healthy H2O Act (third party validations)
Create and implement quality control policies, procedures, and standards
Drive continuous improvement and best in class initiatives
Prepare and conduct tests, analyze results, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products
Develop and implement corrective action plans and improvements to products and processes
Develop and implement process documentation such as process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, process control plans, work instructions, visual aids, and Quality alerts
Report to Ronald Raube and collaborate within Manufacturing / Operations / Quality
Requirements
Experience with NSF/ANSI drinking water treatment industry standards
Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering (technology), or a related field (required)
5+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field (required)
Proven record for formally creating and cultivating quality assurance programs
Ability to develop short- and long-term strategies to achieve production quality goals
Experience preparing and conducting tests, analyzing results, and maintaining laboratory equipment
Experience developing and implementing corrective action plans, PFMEAs, process control plans, and work instructions
Ability to direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities
