About the role
- Provide complete customer support within assigned regions related to equipment requirements, remodel requirements and project management.
- Primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain constant awareness of new foodservice equipment developments.
- Maintain dialogue with direct customer base regarding new equipment releases and equipment obsolescence.
- Assist in coordination of communication between departments to achieve company sales targets.
- Extensive travel within the Market Manager’s territory (>40%).
- Maintain and build business growth with current account base, while growing market share.
- Work effectively with Technical Service / Engineering team to deliver maximum customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at key industry events and build a network.
- Consults with other client team members to identify cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of five years prior related work experience calling on or working with global QSR customers.
