Customer Success Manager

Software Engineer

Project Manager

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise supply chain visibility implementations from contract signature through hypercare transition, serving as the single point of accountability for project success
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, budget forecasts, risk registers, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent implementations
• Manage project budgets ranging from $150K to $1M+, tracking burn rates, forecasting resource needs, managing scope changes, and ensuring delivery within approved financial parameters
• Lead formal governance including executive steering committees, weekly status reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly program assessments with C-suite stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including Customer Implementation Engineers, Solution Architects, Carrier Operations Specialists, and third-party integration partners across multiple time zones
• Establish and monitor project KPIs including schedule adherence, budget variance, scope change velocity, customer satisfaction scores, and post-implementation value realization metrics
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks including technical integration challenges, resource constraints, stakeholder alignment issues, and external dependencies
• Manage change control processes including scope assessment, impact analysis, stakeholder approval, and contract amendment coordination
• Drive adoption of FourKites' standard implementation methodology while adapting approaches to customer-specific needs and organizational constraints

Implementation Specialist

• Serve as the strategic orchestrator behind enterprise transformations for Global 1000 companies managing complex supply chains
• Act as the trusted advisor who transforms complex logistics challenges into streamlined solutions
• Support customers building their first supply chain visibility workflows in FourKites
• Execute implementations based on specific processes, requirements, and jointly established goals
• Facilitate the implementation process and associated activities to ensure project success and platform adoption
• Oversee complex enterprise projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and manage scope changes while maintaining delivery timelines

Implementation Manager

Account Executive

• Exceed assigned quota on a quarterly and annual basis
• Increase ARR for existing accounts while securing profitable revenue for new customers
• Develop trusted partnership relationships across various divisions and at various levels across assigned accounts
• Coordinate account strategies for assigned prospects/customers including action plans outlining how Account Executive, supported by broader team, will achieve their commercial objectives
• Facilitate stakeholder mapping plans for all key accounts outlining key Supply Chain targets across the enterprise along with strategies for establishing relationships
• Engage with Value Delivery team to understand customer’s SOP’s, map FourKites solutions to them and codify the value that our solutions can deliver
• Work with Regional Sales VP, Services, Product personnel etc. to coordinate pricing strategies that will drive profitable growth for assigned accounts
• Closely work with assigned CSM (Customer Support Representative) team to ensure alignment and ongoing collaboration regarding strategic account objectives
• Leverage SDR personnel (inside sales) to complement outreach efforts with assigned customer targets.
• Clearly communicate “go to market” strategic efforts for assigned accounts and ensure that all supporting stakeholders across the enterprise are aligned with the AE’s plans for subject account
• Leverage FourKites’ internal AI tools to maximize productivity and improve customer facing activities.
• Update Salesforce on a regular basis (no less than weekly) to ensure all qualified deals and target accounts are regularly updated with appropriate deal specifics (action plans, close dates, revenue etc.) and account plans and strategies

Enterprise Account Executive – Customer Growth

• Develop high-performance export services supporting large-scale data extraction for enterprise customers
• Design resilient systems with circuit breakers, rate limiting, and solve multi-tenancy challenges including "noisy neighbor" problems
