About the role
- Design and deliver advanced business intelligence solutions transforming complex data into actionable insights
- Develop advanced dashboards and analytics tools to support revenue cycle strategy and performance
- Partner with operational leaders to define KPIs and deliver insights that drive financial outcomes
- Lead predictive modeling efforts for forecasting, reimbursement optimization, and payer analysis
- Ensure data integrity and governance across platforms and workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
- Support system implementations and data integration for new platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support enterprise initiatives to improve financial performance and patient experience
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement
- Preferred: Experience with predictive modeling, payer analytics, and enterprise BI platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail
