About the role
- Lead data-driven brand marketing initiatives supporting Business Banking
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for marketing and business stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts or data specialists
- Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards and KPIs across digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis
- Oversee collection, integration, and governance of marketing data from multiple platforms
- Automate and streamline reporting processes
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and accessibility
Requirements
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business impact through data
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution modeling
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in leadership role supporting digital marketing analytics, data management, or marketing performance reporting
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Excel, and marketing automation platforms
